What is MEHM and what does it offer?

MEHM (DWP) is a web based software as a service (SaaS) for the window coverings industry. More specifically it provides unique selling, quoting and business management tools for those selling window blinds, draperies, shades, shutters, and other related items. It's everything you'll need to carry your business through the 21st century.

What makes MEHM better than all other industry software?

Most programs out there claim to be designed for our industry, but once you dig deeper you find they are not much more than a pretty CRM with a "made for the blinds industry" title on top. The fact is, there are only a couple programs out there that do anything remotely close to what ours does.

If you are looking for a program that will do ALL of your quoting, for ALL brands and ANY product type then the choice is clear. It's MEHM.

MEHM offers the only cloud-based solution with an extremely robust Products Configurator. What is a Products Configurator you may ask? Well, it's the heart of our system. And if you are wanting to generate quotes and orders in the customers home then it's an absolute necessity. It does all the calculations on the back end so you can be sure that ALL product and option prices are figured correctly. Calculating an accurate price demands structures that may include: grid-based pricing, single line pricing, width based, height based, flat list, flat net, percent based, square inch based, square foot based, add for shutter frames, divide overall sizes by two or three, sub option grids, by yardage, number of panels, etc.

Building a system to accomodate just one manufacturer or pricing structure would have been simple. But we wanted to create an unrestricted system that allows dealers to build their businesses the way they want. And that meant having to address all the complexities of various pricing options.

If you've been looking at ANY other software solution, be sure to specifically ask if their program can do what ours can above. It's a very important question because 99% of the other programs don't. And if it can't, then it's back to hand quoting from price grids with a calculator.

Who are the developers and what experience do they have?

An important question many overlook when making software decisions. Joe Mehm, WWP's Founder and President, has been a part of the window coverings industry for over 32 years. Having created and established multiple local retail operations during his first 13 years in the industry, he is also responsible for some of the top Internet based window coverings sites such as BlindsWholesale.com and Blinds.com. With over two decades creating exceptionally detail orientated software and possessing an intimate knowledge of the retail side of the business, it would be difficult to find anyone more qualified to produce such a service.

Are there any annual fees or contracts required?

Absolutely not. You only pay the initial setup and your first month fee which includes everything! There are no contracts to sign either. Once your setup and first month fees are paid you are all set. If you decide to cancel after that time you can call or email and we will stop any recurring charges. Please keep in mind that the initial setup and first month fees are non-refundable once your account is turned on. You may only cancel future billing at that point.

Which manufacturers are supported, and what about custom or private label products?

Currently our technology provides you with over 1,800 products from 40+ vendors/manufacturers. Private label products, exclusive to you, can be added as needed.

Do I need to purchase any hardware/computers to use your software?

Any Tablet PC works best, but you can also use a Netbook, Smart Phone, or Laptop with a data plan. WWP runs on everything, including a Mac. That's it! No special equipment required.

Are there any account user limits?

Not with our Pro or Enterprise Plans. Another great feature setting us apart from the competition. An UNLIMITED number of users (all with their own user-level logins) can run WWP, once again, on ANY device. Only our economical Lite Plan is limited to one user.
