We look for useful assets with existing traffic, subscribers, users, revenue, or niche authority. Our strongest interest is in businesses where better productization, conversion systems, AI-powered workflows, email capture, or subscriptions can materially improve profit.

- Follow-up questions and analytics/revenue verification.
- Internal acquisition memo and maximum bid ceiling.
- Offer, diligence, and transfer through the marketplace, broker, or agreed escrow process.
